    Description

    Chef Piggy Tail's 4-pack Best Sellers Sampler includes a 2-ounce package of each flavor: Original, Sassy, Smokey BBQ and Jalapeno.
    Each 2 oz package of our microwave pork rinds will produce approximately 4 cups when puffed in your microwave. Our pork rind serving size is 1/2 ounce (about 1 cup when puffed); however, with Chef Piggy Tail's Microwave Pork Rinds, you can cook and eat as many or as few pork rinds as you want. No waste.
    DIRECTIONS: Empty 1/8 cup of pork rind pellets onto a PAPER plate paper towel. Spread the pellets so they are not stacked up on top of each other. NOTE: Consider your first batch to be a test batch. This is because microwave ovens cook at different rates. Start with a time of 3 minutes, when the pellets have finished puffing, stop time and make a note as to the cook time. If some of the pellets don't puff up all the way, or if a few burn, adjust the time up or down by ten or fifteen seconds. They don't make any noise as they puff up and they don't splatter. When they finish cooking they will snap, cracklin' and pop! This will continue for a few seconds. Let sit for about 30 seconds after cooking to achieve that crunchy taste. If you pop up more than you can eat, keep them in a zip lock bag for later. The microwave pellets should not be refrigerated and may be stored at room temperature for one year.
    Don't have a microwave? No worries. Our Chef Piggy Tail's cook up extra crunchy in the oven, too. Simply heat oven to 450 degrees and spread pellets on a baking sheet. Bake 5-10 minutes until puffed. Cool and enjoy.
